Place a ruler across the center and measure the inside diameter. The inside measurement in millimeters is your ring size.
If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend going with the larger one. For wider rings (4 mm and up), a half size larger may provide a more comfortable fit. You can find more information on our F.A.Q. page.
