WARRANTY

We provide a 1-year warranty for all our jewelry. Please contact us by email at hello@aumi.jewelry to find out how you can use this service.
Warranty does not cover chains and its elements, as well as mechanical damages of gemstones.

CARE

Please, treat your jewelry with care.
We recommend that you avoid exposing diamond, gemstone, and pearl jewelry to water and household chemicals, and enamel jewelry to blow dryers, sauna, or perfume. Wipe with a soft cloth.
Store jewelry separately in pouches or boxes.

RING SIZE GUIDE

To find your Aumi ring size, take a ring that already fits you. Place a ruler across the center and measure the inside diameter. The inside measurement in millimeters is your ring size.

If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend going with the larger one. For wider rings (4 mm and up), a half size larger may provide a more comfortable fit.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

At Aumi, each custom jewelry piece is meticulously crafted to match your unique preferences, making the process different from standard orders. Most of our jewelry is made after your order, and the production time may vary from 16 up to 20 days. We will contact you via email as soon as the piece is ready.

If you choose to pick up your order, it will be available at Aumi barcelona within 2 - 4 business days after production is complete.

For shipped orders, please allow us a few days to carefully pack your jewelry before dispatch. Delivery times vary by region, typically taking 3 - 30 business days to reach your destination. You will receive a tracking number within 1 - 5 business days after your order has shipped. If you haven’t received your tracking information within 7 business days, please contact us at hello@aumi.jewelry.

RETURNS POLICY

We recommend that you check your purchase for contents, visible defects and transport damage as soon as it is delivered. If you have any complaints, please inform us via email. Our managers will assist you with faulty goods: we will either repair them or provide replacements.

You can return purchases from aumi.jewelry within 14 days of receiving them. Please note that we do not compensate for the shipping cost in cases where the return is not due to a quality complaint or our fault.

You cannot return products with engraving or made to order.

If your jewelry breaks due to a production error, you have the right to claim compensation within 2 years from the date of purchase, provided that you have valid proof of purchase. Please note that we reserve the right to decline unreasonable repair requests, returns, and exchanges. If you have any questions regarding repairs, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.

How to return products by courier:

  • Contact us by email hello@aumi.jewelry and describe the situation. We will inform you what the next steps will be.
  • Please make sure that the products have no signs of wear. If they do, we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange.
  • Pack the products in the original packaging and transport box, and hand them over to the courier. Ensure that the packaging is adequate. If the products arrive broken, you will lose the right to return them.
